Our fishing throughout the day was very consistent with everyone winding up doubles around the whole boat. Only a couple spots didn't cooperate with the rest being very steady on almost straight Reds

We headed across to Santa Rosa Island today with a decent weather forecast. We ran up to the west end first thing in the morning but fishing was slow and scratchy right off the bat.

We got out with 24 anglers today and opted to head up the coast with the fishing being a bit more productive than other areas. For reasons beyond our control our day was a challenge

We only fished a few spots today and each one was biting, pulling up doubles all around the boat.

We hit a couple spots mid morning that also kicked out some nice quality fish and that put us close to our limits for the day. After that the fishing did slow down as the wind and current picked up a bit.

Watching the kids on board today winding up fish was a blast and everyone had a good time. Our fishing in the morning was very slow with only a few nice quality fish off each stop. We moved to another area and found both better conditions and biting fish.

For the last hour or so of our day we ran back to the deeper water and found the conditions much improved and some excellent quality. A big thanks to our group for sticking with it all day and working through the slow periods.

We had a great day out here, lots of families on board and they had a great time! We caught lots of quality rockfish today and a couple of lings to boot. Really great weather made for an awesome day.

Our morning started off very good, catching lots of red rockfish off each spot along with other assorted rockfish with some other species as well. Our passengers had a ton of fun bringing in doubles of quality fish as they came on quick

We decided to head up the coast today because the fishing up here has been so good. We caught fish on Squid and anchovies. A few fish on the smaller jigs as well. The weather was fairly calm and we saw a few whales too!
