Fish Reports
Stardust Private Charter @The Ranch
We got out today with 27 anglers and always a lot of familiar faces out today. We had pretty steady fishing on mostly Reds with a smattering of Copper Rockfish and Browns most of the day
Coral Sea Small Charter Success!
We dodged a bullet today by not getting any weather, I guess you could say we got lucky.
Fishing today was fast and furious, got the job done very quick and headed home right before the wind started to blow
Stardust Rockfish Limits up the Coast!!
Our first couple spots were a bit on the slow side but it didn't take long at all to find the right stuff and in just a few drifts we were able to fill the bags with nice Reds and Coppers
Stardust busy day, lots of fish!
Beautiful weather despite a little swell and a nice group of anglers on board. Once again the Anchovie on double dropper loops worked the best with lots of double reds and mixed rockfish making there way into the bags.
Coral Sea Private Charter gets the fish!
The weather was definitely too rough to go across so we went up the coast and really hammered the reds. This was a great charter group who comes out several times a year, I think we got the job done in just a couple of hours.
Stardust 3/4 day up the coast Limits!
The ride up was very bumpy this morning however as the day progressed the seas calmed down and it turned out to be a beautiful day on the water. We had steady fishing on good grade Reds as well as other mixed rockfish
Coral Sea 1/2 day has Hot Local bite!
Today we had a small group and had extraordinary fishing! Almost every fish was a red except for a handful of other Rockfish. 8 Anglers, 70 Red Rockfish, 10 Assorted Rockfish and 1 Lingcod.
Everybody had a blast, we ended up having great weather too.
Stardust local 1/2 day
Our afternoon fishing was pretty good, we found areas that had lots of reds and some coppers mixed in. We pulled up a lot of doubles and found the quality of fish to be very nice.
Coral Sea gets all Reds up the coast!
Almost straight Reds for our group today with only a handful of big Bocaccio mixed in. The double dropper loops and anchovies worked the best with many doubles being wound up around the boat.
Stardust Charter kills it @SRI
In the afternoon we found one zone that really wanted to bite and we were drifting perfectly to stay along the ridge for a while. We fished really hard for a couple hours and pulled up double and singles all around the boat
