Hello anglers.. We are heading in with flat calm weather as the crew processes the days catch after a nice day of fishing at Santa Rosa island today.

We set our sights on the shallower water fishing for whitefish and rockfish and had very good success right away in the morning. Our first few spots kicked out a variety of species ranging in size

Our group was awesome and stuck with it all day despite moving around a lot and covering a wide area we were only able to pick a few fish off each stone. Flat calm weather with lots of wildlife made for great site seeing and it seemed everyone was in good spirits.

We ran up to the west end of Santa Rosa and fished the deeper water all day. The club had there annual Rockfish tournament and we were able to fill the bags with excellent quality

Private Charter went out to SRI and started off as usual, kind of slow and then really picked up later in the day. I mean it really picked up, we caught lots and lots of fish today.

Overcast conditions and light current made for comfortable fishing conditions however the morning was extremely tough for us. We stayed in the deeper water and despite seeing plenty of marks

What a great day fishing, lots of rockfish, some whitefish and sheephead. The day started off slow but picked up as the day went on.

We headed straight to the deeper water and found decent fishing right off the bat. We caught lots of reds and some mixed rockfish off each spot. Our fishing around 11am really picked up and

Thankfully down the island we located some hungry rockfish and were able to spend the remainder of our day steadily catching until we had what we needed

Our anglers caught lots of reds & chucklehead along with a few nice Johnnys. The whitefish also decided to bite a little bit.
