Lemonade out of lemons- we we had an amazing ride out to our initial fishing spot. We were treated to quite an acrobatic display by lots of dolphins and even got to see several whales. Sadly the weather took a turn for the worse and we headed to our back up zone. We are so fortunate to have numerous places to fish here in Santa Barbara.
Our 23 anglers worked hard all day and were rewarded with 199 assorted rockfish. Thanks for keeping such a positive attitude today!

Final report for our day here on the Stardust. Battled through the wind and current today, our group of anglers charged through it and ended up bagging limits of cod for their efforts. Awesome group of folks.

Just getting back to the dock after a fun day of shallow water rockcod fishing. We covered a ton of ground today and scratched away at a nice mix of rockfish, whitefish and a handful of Lingcod. Good weather and a good group of folks today.

We started out in deeper waters this morning off of Santa Rosa island for some nice quality rockfish. Bite just never really got with it so we moved into shallow waters. After several moves we finally found a spot that wanted to bite.
We had limits of rockfish for 22 anglers (220), plus 25 whitefish and 5 lingcod.

We had an amazing day fishing over at Santa Rosa Island. It was never wide open but we had a steady bite on quality rockfish and a good shot at a nice grade of lingcod. Our jackpot lingcod was over 25 lbs.

Our 22 passengers had 220 rockfish (limits) and 12 lingcod.
