We battled tough conditions and sporty weather in our local zone today. Hats off to our 19 passengers who all had a great attitude and fished hard all day. In the end we were able to put together a good day with limits of rockfish and 2 lingcod.

Good afternoon, heading in from a 1/2 day. We stayed shallow all day and stayed out of the weather. The angler’s that fished all day have a great bag. I don’t blame the ones who chilled in the sun and ate boat burgers, had a lot of locals on the boat who have not seen the sun for awhile. Overall a great day on the water today.

Weather today was a rough over at the islands so we made our way up the Santa Barbara coast. We had a beautiful sunshine/ no wind day. Fishing started out a bit slow but once we found the right spot the fish rained on the deck.
