Another productive day of fishing across at Santa Rosa Island today. We got off the dock this morning with 34 anglers and enjoyed a beautiful ride across the channel.

We started our morning out in the deeper water and for a few stops had rather productive fishing on good grade reds, Coppers and olives

With one of our regular Charter groups on board put together by All Around Irrigation and Santa Ynez Stone. As always the group was a pleasure to have on board and everyone had a great time.

Heading in from a 3/4 day charter. We had excellent island weather. We fished for our rockfish in deeper water. It was a mixed bag of really nice fish.

Awesome weather, nice cool conditions today. We made our first drop on a deeper spot, one with a history of kicking out excellent ling fishing. However, I don't think any gear made it down before a knot of current pushed us off.

Heading in from a 1/2 day. The weather was awesome. We fished in deeper water today catching a mixed bag of rockfish.

We started our day in the deeper water and had fast paced action right away on a great mix of Rockfish. Our group did an excellent job and kept there gear going down quickly taking full advantage of the cooperative fish.

Capt Rafa coming in from a local half day trip. Decided to check out an area we haven't fished in a while, it payed off with some very nice quality lings, reds and other miscellaneous rockfish

We started in the shallower water and found it to be very tough with all the bait associated with each spot so we decided to work out deeper. The deeper water was much better for us and we had a fun time catching lots of big widows, Reds

Capt Rafa coming in from Santa Rosa Island. What a day! Straight jumbo chucks and reds for our group. All tactics worked. These fish were suicidal.

Our fishing was steady for the most part with a few lull periods during which we spent looking around. The live anchovy worked the best however we did catch a variety on strips of squid as well.
