Awesome weather, nice cool conditions today. We made our first drop on a deeper spot, one with a history of kicking out excellent ling fishing. However, I don't think any gear made it down before a knot of current pushed us off. A couple miles further we tried a more expansive reef in a bit shallower water. No current, but no bite. After running another couple more miles west we were once again in the deeper water and hit our first wide open biter spot, nice grade fish all around. 

We loaded up and on big bocaccio, coppers and some red too. Well on our way to limits, we headed in shallow for a shot at whitefish. Only a few biters though we had a quick go-round on lings, got some dandy shallow water reds and coppers, then out of time, turned it for home. Our final score for 37 anglers is 21 lings, 13 Ocean Whitefish and 317 cods.
