Fishing Report
Coral Sea 1/2 day 7.6.17
Throughout the day we experienced steady scratch fishing for the most part on mixed rockfish with the majority of what went in the bags being reds and browns with an assortment of other Rockfish as well
Coral sea 3/4 day 7.5.17
Our morning started off well with good quality Reds off each spot with a couple of them rattling our lines the second they reached the bottom
Stardust 1/2 day 7.5.17
Headed out to or local shallow water 1/2 day zone. We had some fairly strong current this morning and found that there were a few spots willing to give us some nice reds.
Coral sea 3/4 day 7.4.17
We had another lull period today again and decided to head down the island towards the deep water and after trying a few spots found some more Lingcod as well as productive Rockfishing. Nice day of fishing for us and a fun group on board.
Stardust 1/2 day 7.4.17
Just a little inside information- the Stardust has a very light load for tomorrow's 1/2 day trip with only 10 people signed up at the moment. And it is a go. Might be a good day to get in some fishing with not a big crowd
Stardust 1/2 day 7.3.17
Half-day fishing continues to be very good right now. As we're heading in we are driving through many many schools of dolphins. The crew is processing Fish right now and everybody's having a few cheeseburgers
Stardust 3/4 day 7.2.17
Our afternoon was the best, with slow currents and virtually no wind or swell we put together long drifts where we pulled up tons of huge coppers and some very impressive lingcod
Coral Sea 1/2 day 7.2.17
We started our day in the deeper water and found semi consistent fishing on each spot with mostly Reds, a few copper and widows as well as some misc Rockfish in the mix as well.
Stardust 3/4 day 7.1.17
Later in the afternoon our fishing picked up. We hit a couple spots that really got with it and we threw on a ton of fish very quick. Passengers were stoked pulling up double and single reds all around the boat.
Stardust 3/4 day 6.30.17
We found some fish willing to bite almost immediately. We pulled up some nice kings along with some very nice coppers and reds. The wind started picking up sooner then expected and made for quick moving drifts.
