On our half-day today there was not a ton caught but the ones we did were very nice. Nice Reds, a nice lingcod & some browns mixed in. Despite the big swell close together it was a beautiful day out here with really nice anglers.

We had an excellent day at Santa Rosa Island today. The jigs did not work very good today if you had Strip bait on your top hook and a sardine on your bottom you were going to catch something, Big fat chuckleheads and good size lingcod.

While the fishing was a bit off still we managed to pick away at some nice quality in the shallow water from 60-120 feet along the front side of Santa Rosa Island today.

Today on the coral sea, we had an amazing group of Cub Scouts. Started out looking for rockfish and whitefish, we caught 50 browns and reds and decided to go down the beach

Good evening, on our way back in from some excellent lingcod fishing today at Santa Rosa Island! They devoured the live bait and a few on the jig.

With our 16 anglers on board we left early and headed up to the western portion of Santa Rosa Island for our day. It took a little looking around before we found an area that wanted to bite and our group had fun catching lingcod on the lighter tackle in the shallower water.

Good afternoon, just heading in from our 3/4 day trip to Santa Rosa Island. We had an outstanding day with really nice fish. We caught all of them on jigs squid and sardines.

We caught a variety of fish from Whitefish, a few calicos and sandbass mostly sub legal size as well as a few short White Seabass. We decided to spend our afternoon in a little deeper water and picked away at some nice reds and browns with some more Whitefish and a couple lingcod as well.

Hey folks we had a beautiful day at Santa Rosa Island. The conditions were a little tough but we managed to get very nice quality fish, big chuckleheads.

Our fishing throughout the day was a pick and scratch all day with a few spots that bit better than others however no one spot made our day. It was fun to watch the younger kids on the boat wind up nice reds, browns and assorted Rockfish.
