This morning it was a toss-up whether we had the weather for Rosa. But from the determined look of the group, the choice was clear, and across the pond we went

Good afternoon everybody, 1/2 day fishing was pretty darn good today. We got lots of rockfish some whitefish and a few lingcod. The boys are processing everybody's fish and we are heading in nice and slow.

We caught lots of nice red vermillion rockfish with some other good quality assorted rockfish and some nice lings in the mix.

Well the conditions at the islands were definitely a no go so we slid up the line and had excellent fishing on reds and rockfish. We had lots of big reds and grouper

All in all a really good day, we ended up for 25 people, 27 whitefish, 75 Rockfish and 50 lingcod.

Some of our best fishing came later in the day when we dropped the anchor in very shallow and caught tons of stuff that was perfect for the kids and people of all ages.

The shallow water was good to us, we caught a ton of mid grade lingcod and some very big coppers and whitefish.

Today we had a family charter and I don't think they expected fishing to be this good, they were all fished out by the end of the day. A very fun group.

On our way in from a great 1/2 day trip. It was another beautiful day on the water, you could not ask for anything nicer. We loaded up on some live bait and headed out to our local grounds and fished some shallow water rockfish
