We had excellent quality fishing out at the islands, just a couple fish shy on vermillion limits. We had steady fishing all morning but had to work for it in the afternoon. We have a boat full of very happy folks.

Today we got as far up the front side of Santa Rosa Island as the wind and swell allowed, fished deep water for some nice grade groupers and reds. We worked our way east and encountered some solid lings, then a taster on the whitefish plus more rockfish along the way.

Good afternoon, heading back across the channel with big bags of fish. We went for big reds and other big rockfish. Not everyone got limits but their bags are filled to the top. The quality was absolutely amazing today and everyone is very happy.

Today there was strong Santa Ana winds over the eastern islands and we ran a long way to find calm water, ending up at the western end of Santa Rosa Island. Fishing was good, with some nice reds and whitefish in deeper water, then very shallow later. Our 24 anglers caught:
