Stardust 3/4 Day trip

Absolutely gorgeous weather today folks. We got off the dock with 35 eager anglers and headed across for the day. We stayed shallow mostly all day and had pretty steady action most of the day.

We started our day battling mackeral and absolutely no condition until we made a move closer to the island where we had both good current and cooperative fish. Nice Coppers, Whitefish and a smattering of Lingcod as well kept everyone busy for a few hours. In the afternoon we lost all our current again and picked and scratched a few more fish before heading in. The double dropper loops and Squid seemed to work the best today however the live sardine helped catch some of the Lingcod.

Our 35 anglers who stuck with it ended up capturing 204 Copper Rockfish, 79 misc. Rockfish, 45 Whitefish, 2 Sheephead and 1 Cabezon and 29 Lingcod.
