Stardust 3/4 Day Island Trip

Good afternoon folks we are heading towards the dock while the crew has there hands full processing our days catch. Our 38 anglers did an awesome job today and took full advantage of the fish when they wanted to bite.

Our morning we had steady Rockfish and Lingcod fishing in the shallower water anywhere from 145-160 feet. Around noon we had a major condition change at which point we had to move. Our afternoon was much like yesterday in the deeper water where we had excellent fishing on giant copper Rockfish ending the day on a high note. The anglers using the Squid certainly seemed to have an edge when it came to the Rockfish however the sardine was effective as well.

Our totals today for 38 anglers were 285 Copper Rockfish, 79 misc. Rockfish, 2 Whitefish, 2 Cabezon, 1 Sheephead and 97 Lingcod.

The Stardust may have a spot or two left for Sundays 3/4 Day and plenty of space for 1/2 Day fishing Monday and Tuesday. The Coral Sea is 1/2 day fishing on Sunday with room as well and 3/4 Day fishing Monday -Wednesday. Please book your reservations online or call Sea landing at 805 963-3564.
