Stardust 9.2.16 3/4 day SRI

Capt Merit McCrea headed out this morning with 18 passengers, looking for a good time! The forecast at departure wasn't great for going across so he headed up the coast. They made a stop or two picking up some really nice reds. Capt Merit noticed conditions changed and made the decision to boogie across to Santa Rosa Island, first time in a week due to weather. They immediately downloaded on quality lingcod limits, reds, Boccaccio and copper rockfish. 17 Anglers, 109 Rockfish, 51 Lingcod. The crew worked really hard, keeping up with the fast bite and our awesome anglers showed those fish who was boss! Thanks for fishing with us today! These guys know weekdays=light loads.
