Stardust 3/4 Day Island Trip

Good afternoon anglers we are heading back from a fun day of fishing over at Santa Rosa Island with a full boat load of 40 anglers. We tried a little different area today and we were able to put a nice day together.

Our morning was rather chaotic with some destructive tangles that made for slow going our first hour or so. A big thanks to my crew Sal, Russell and Louis for staying so positive and encouraging some of our anglers that began to get discouraged. A little later in the day everyone fell into rythem and we were able to steadily pick at a few Reds, Coppers and an array of other miscellaneous tasty rockfish. Really nice group if folks on board today and we hope we are able to take you all fishing again in the future.

Our 40 persistent anglers ended the day with 78 Reds, 83 coppers, 124 misc Rockfish, 15 Lingcod.

Both boats are heading out 3/4 day fishing for the 4th of July. The Stardust is scheduled to go 1/2 day fishing Tuesday Wednesday and the Coral Sea is heading out 3/4 day Tuesday and Wednesday as well.
