Stardust 3/4 Day Charter
Good afternoon folks we are just wrapping our day of fishing up the coast today and what a challenge it was. With the wind being up early this am we opted to head up to Hollister Ranch for our day. Our group of 32 anglers today put together by John Gajewski did an awesome job and all stuck with it despite very challenging conditions.
Our conditions today consisted of calm seas however the current made it almost unfishable. After a few hours at the ranch we decided to begin working down to find more suitable conditions. Later in our day we were able to find a few stones that held hungry 2-2.5 lb Reds with a few in the 3-3.5 lb range as well. A big thanks to John for putting another good group of guys together.
Our 32 anglers ended the day with 236 Reds, 48 Coppers, 36 misc. Rockfish, 4 Whitefish and 2 Lingcod.
Both boats are full for tomorrow at this time however the Stardust is 1/2 day fishing on Monday and the Coral Sea is headed out on a 3/4 Day as well. Both boats have room so please call Sea Landing at 805 963-3564 for reservations.
