Stardust 3/4 Day Charter
Good afternoon anglers, we are making our way back to the dock this afternoon in calm seas and overcast conditions. We had a first time Charter group on board put together by Brent Keer with 22 total anglers. The group was a pleasure to have on board and we hope to see them again in the future.
We finally got a break in the weather and were able to make it across to Santa Rosa Island and although the ride across this morning was very bumpy the seas flattened out as the day went on. Throughout the day we were able to scratch away at nice quality Reds and Coppers with a few miscellaneous Rockfish as well. Along our travels we picked a few Lingcod but with the large swell and strong current we never managed to get any one drift to really rattle our lines.
When we headed in our 22 anglers had 46 Reds, 82 Coppers, 45 assorted Rockfish and 11 Lingcod.
The Stardust is running a half day tomorrow and the Coral Sea has a 3/4 Day scheduled. Call Sea Landing at 805 963-3564 to make a reservation as trips are filling fast.
