On our way back from another day of lingcod and rockfish fishing at Santa Rosa island. Good lingcod fishing overall today but not quite as good of a grade overall as yesterday. We encountered quite a few of the smaller 6-8 lb. males today until things livened up and the larger models made a showing.. We did finished off our day with some fun rockfish fishing to top off our passengers sacks.

Our 26 anglers today captured 58 reds, 60 copper rockfish, 30 misc. rockfishes, and 78 lingcod. The Coral Sea has a 3/4 day trip scheduled for Tuesday (full) Wednesday (room) and the Stardust 1/2 day trip tomorrow is a go with lots of room- you can just show up.
