Good afternoon anglers. We got out today with a very nice group of 22 people made up of some new faces as well as some long time Stardust regulars.

We opted to stay shallow today and focus our efforts on anchor fishing some of our local area. Throughout the day we enjoyed very fun fishing on Rockfish a large percentage of them Reds as well as some other miscellaneous fish as well. Fishing anywhere from 140-165 feet of water the group seemed to have a blast.

The double dropper loop with a 6 ounce weight with live Anchovie seemed to be the ticket for us today.

With only 16 of our anglers wanting to take fish home we ended our day with 136 Reds, 24 Rockfish ,3 Whitefish, 6 sheepshead and 8 Lingcod.

The Stardust is scheduled to go half day fishing tomorrow however we still need a few reservations to make it a go. The Coral Sea is running a 3/4 Day tomorrow as well with a spot or two left available. Please call Sea Landing at 805 963-3564 for a reservation.
