Good afternoon folks we are slowly making our way back to the dock after a fun and rewarding day of local 1/2 day fishing. We spent the day fishing the deeps from 240-290' of water and after a somewhat lackluster start to the day things turned around for us and we got on some nibblers...

Our awesome group of 27 anglers caught 246 reds, 24 misc. rockfish, and one lingcod. Mixed in with the 1.5-2.5 pound 'steamer' reds were some 4-5 lb. models and one of those larger reds beat out our one lingcod today for the jackpot! Much thanks to our wonderful, enthusiastic group of anglers today, we loved having all of you aboard the Coral Sea!
