Hello anglers, we are heading in after an excellent day of Rockfishing up the coast today on almost straight Reds in anywhere from 265-300 feet of water. We had a blast with our Private Charter group of 26 put together by Tony Hernandez.

The size varied from spot to spot for us anywhere from the standard 1.5-2lb steemer red to a few areas kicking out bigger ones from 2.25-4 lb. Beautiful weather and very steady fishing throughout the day.

For our 3/4 Day fishing especially up the coast like this the light wire circle hooks (1/0-2/0) are the way to go on double dropper loops with a 12 oz. Sinker

Our 26 anglers are taking home 246 Reds and 14 misc. Rockfish.
