Good afternoon folks...on our way in from a 3/4 day trip to the islands. We had decent fishing at times today but overall it was a very scratchy day of fishing for us despite the beautiful weather and calm seas...

Our 20 anglers today caught 38 reds, 140 copper rockfish, 22 misc. rockfish, 1 cabezon, and 28 lingcod. With the fishing being a bit tough at times, those who fished with straight monofilament or long mono top shots definitely got bit better than those using straight braid.

The Coral Sea has a 1/2 day trip scheduled Thursday and the Stardust is fishing a 3/4 day trip so please call Sea Landing at 805-963-3564 and make your reservations as soon as possible so that each boat makes it off the dock tomorrow.
