Coral Sea BIG day at the Islands!
Good afternoon folks. We got off the dock today with a full boat of eager anglers and headed across to the islands. We enjoyed steady fishing in both the deeper water between 270-290 feet as well as the shallower areas from 160-180 feet. Both good quality Lingcod and nice Rockfish made for steady fishing for everyone aboard today.
The crew and I had a blast in beautiful weather with a great group today who worked well together and ended up with great fish to take home.
Our 25 anglers ended up with 83 Reds , 136 Coppers, 28 miscellaneous Rockfish, 3 Cabezon, 1 Sheephead and 54 Lingcod.
The Coral Sea has a light load for tomorrow on there 3/4 Day trip but is a go for sure. Call the Sea Landing at 805 963-3564 to make a reservation or just show up in the am.
