Good afternoon folks, we hope every enjoyed the beautiful weather today! We are cruising in from a very enjoyable day of 1/2 day fishing with a full load of awesome anglers aboard.

I chose to fish the deeps once again today and after a somewhat disheartening start to our day things slowly started turning around for us around 1pm. We made up for our slow start in just a couple of hours and managed to throw on a decent load of 1.5-2.5 pound 'steamer' reds. Our 30 anglers today caught a total of 258 reds, 35 misc. rockfish, and one lingcod.

A huge thanks to our entire group of anglers today for remaining optimistic and sticking to the rail. You all did an amazing job keeping your lines tight and minimizing tangles and the crew loved having all of you aboard the Coral Sea!
