We had a blast fishing today with one of our repeat Charter groups put together by Robert Garcia. We decided to head up the coast today to San Augustine and concentrate on the shallower water anywhere from 140-175 feet to try to get a variety in the bags.

As is common up at the ranch there was strong westerly current however our group worked well with one another and stayed persistent at the rail. We had steady scratch fishing throughout the day and managed our limits of Rockfish and a sampling of quality whitefish as well.

Today the Double dropper loop and Squid strip with a 12oz sinker was hard to beat. As always this group always has a great time and lots o fun among friends was had.

Our 32 anglers are taking home 148 Reds, 172 assorted Rockfish, 25 Ocean Whitefish and 2 Lingcod.
