We fished Santa Rosa Island today with 18 passengers. We started our morning in the shallower water with very little condition but we're able to scratch at some nice quality coppers and a few Lingcod as well. Around lunch time the wind picked up a little so we went looking a little further down the island in some deeper water. Better conditions led to steady fishing ending the day with limits of quality Coppers and Reds. 12 Oz. Torpedoes and double dropper loop rigs with anchovies were the most productive today.
Our 18 passengers ended up with 138 Rockfish, 42 Reds, 13 Lingcod and 1 whitefish.
