Weather turned nice again so we were able to spend our day fishing the waters off the front side of Santa Rosa Island. We fished both deep and shallow spots today. Shallow was definitely where the fish wanted to bite. We caught quite a variety of fish. Reds, big Johnny bass, groupers, boscos, barber poles, lingcod and whitefish.  Bait and the jig both worked well. 
Our 24 anglers had 240 rockfish (limits), 5 lingcod, 6 whitefish and 1 rock sole.
