Good afternoon folks. Heading in from another day out at the islands with a full boat containing 40 Anglers. We switched things up a bit today and pointed for the shallows first thing. We were greeted once again with steady fishing on whitefish, chucklehead, and other miscellaneous rockfish, Our group made short work of it and after a couple hours we pulled our gear and headed back out deep in search of more rockfish and lingcod. The deeper water was a challenge as far as tangles but after we got aquatinted with the depth change our group took advantage of the last part of our day and boated the remainder of our catch. Another perfect day of weather and a fun group of people.
