Capt Rafa coming in from a 3/4 day up the coast. Good fishing for us this morning. Our 13 anglers took advantage of the fishing when it was bite time, sending down there baits quick! Got our limits and headed into the kelp for our last hour. Had quite a few first time bass fisherman but the bass put up a show for us, thats about it, with a few shorts. 

Total count for our 13 anglers: 73 vermillion, 14 coppers, 43 miscellaneous rockfish
