Stardust 3/4 Day Charter with Marty Malone

Excellent fishing today for our Charter group of 28 put together by Marty Malone.

We rolled the dice and headed across with a marginal weather forecast and after a very bumpy ride through the channel the wind started to come down and we were able to fish in comfortable conditions all day. We stayed in the shallower water most of the day and had excellent fishing on nice Coppers, Reds, a few assorted Rockfish as well as a good pick on the Lingcod and Whitefish. Our group did an excellent job and kept the fish flying over the rail all day. The anchovy was most effective doubled up on the hook for the Rockfish and Lingcod. The couple areas we tried for Whitefish both produced on the single strip of squid.

Our 28 anglers ended the day with 198 Coppers, 37 Vermillion, 45 Assorted Rockfish, 198 Whitefish and 44 Lingcod.
