Stardust 1/2 Day Trip

Good afternoon folks just heading in after a nice day of local 1/2 Day fishing today with 36 anglers on board.

We stuck to the shallow water all day and fished a lot of spots, picking some off most with a couple that bit quite well. Our best fishing by far as in the morning with the afternoon more inconsistent. Throughout the day the live anchovy worked the best for the reds with the squid strips working on a few stops. Overall nice steady Fishing for our group and beautiful weather.

Our 36 anglers throughout the day put together 167 Reds, 78 Assorted Rockfish, 3 Lingcod and 17 Whitefish and 2 Sheephead. Also we caught one Gold Spotted Sand Bass which according to biologists could possibly have never been caught north of Cedros Island.

The Stardust has room Tuesday and Wednesday 1/2 Day Fishing again with beautiful weather. The Coral Sea has light loads 1/2 Day Fishing Thursday and Friday as well. Please call Sea Landing at 805 963-3564 or visit our website for a reservation.
