Heading in from Santa Rosa island on our 3/4 day. We had perfect weather all day.

We had really slow fishing in the morning in deeper water. We went into shallower water in the afternoon and got into lingcod and nice rockfish. We had a lot of current all day that made fishing a challenge but we made it work. The squid and live bait worked the best. We did catch a few on the jig. We only got a few reds but a lot of chucks.

Our 23 anglers caught 165 rockfish, 30 lingcod.

We will be running 1/2 day Thursday if we get some more people and Friday is a go for our 1/2. The Stardust is running a 1/2 day tomorrow- you can just show up, and 3/4 day trips Thursday and Friday. Please make reservations online or call 805-963-3564
