We had another beautiful day out on the water for the 1/2 day trip today. We changed things up and hit the deeper water area. Our morning was pretty slow, picking a few rockfish off each spot. That continued until early afternoon when we came across a good stack of rockfish that we were able to sit over for a period of time.

We threw on a ton of rockfish and a couple Lingcod in a short amount of time which was a blast for our anglers of all ages. Thy were pulling up doubles and singles all around the boat. We fished as later as we could and are now heading in while the crew processes today’s catch and our passengers are eating some hot burgers off the grill.

For our 30 passengers we ended up with 215 rockfish and 2 Lingcod.
