Stardust 3/4 Day trip

Very nice fishing for us today folks. We got off the dock this morning with 38 anglers and headed across to the islands.

Throughout the day we had steady action both in deeper and shallow water and put together an excellent day. The morning consisted of hopping between small stones in a little deeper water and were able to get a few nice go arounds on big coppers. After an hour or so it slowed down a bit and we headed in shallower.

Despite being harassed by giant mackerel our first stop in shallow the quickly backed off and had some fun mixed whitefish, Rockfish and a decent number of lingcod to go along with it. Our group stayed very active throughout the day and were a pleasure to fish with. For our last couple stops of the day we headed back out deep and ended up picking up some more nice quality coppers and reds to round out the bags.

In total our 38 anglers ended the day with 324 mixed Rockfish, 173Whitefish, 1 Cabezon and 33 lingcod.
