Stardust 3/4 Day trip

Good afternoon folks. We are heading towards home from the ranch with our 40 anglers enjoying some food and the nice ride down swell.

With a full load and very windy weather across at the islands we opted to make a longer run to the ranch and had a very nice day of fishing. Despite the shallower water and mild currents our first hour or so of fishing was a struggle with tangled lines and lots of anglers needing to adjust to fishing the type of structure we were. Once everyone acclimated we were able to stay busy all day until we were out of time. Excellent quality with Big Reds, Coppers and Browns making up most of our catch with a nice sampling of lingcod to go with it.

For our 37 anglers that wanted to keep fish we ended the day with 368 Assorted rockfish, 1 whitefish, 2 cabezon and 32 lingcod.

The Stardust is 1/2 Day fishing tomorrow with a spot or two left available and the Coral Sea is full for its 3/4 Day trip Monday.
