Stardust 1/2 day 6.27.17
Hello everybody here is your 3/4 day report for the stardust. We fished locally today due to the weather forecast. We got an early start with our charter group and headed for the deeper water territories. Our morning was pretty slow, the swell and wind was up a bit and the current was strong. We found a few spots that were willing to give us some reds and coppers with other assorted rockfish.
We fished for a few hours before deciding to make a longer move with hopes to find better fishing. Unfortunately we never found the one spot that really hit good but we did find a few that had some great quality coppers and some medium reds. The weather got nice throughout the day and our passengers had fun day catching what they did. Each spot giving us a hand full of rockfish added up to be a decent day in the end.
For our 18 anglers we caught 144 rockfish. The stardust is running a 3/4 day tomorrow with room available so feel free to book spots now for upcoming trips on our website or call the Sealanding at 8059633564.
