Coral Sea gets Steady Red bite!

Hello anglers, we are on out way in after a productive day of fishing up the coast today with 26 anglers on board.

We started in the deep water again today and had fairly steady scratch fishing on nice reds as well as a few Bocaccio and Coppers as well. Although no one spot stood out as most productive we caught anywhere from 5-30 fish off most spots with only a few that were duds. It seemed as though either the squid or live bait worked about the same however those of anglers that seemed to refuse to wind into there bites missed many fish while those fishing with circle hooks and letting the fish rattle wound up doubles quite consistently. Nice weather and fairly easy conditions to work in all day.

Our 26 anglers ended the day with 206 Reds, 54 misc. Rockfish and 3 lingcod.

The Coral Sea is full for tomorrow however the Stardust has plenty of room for its 3/4 Day trip tomorrow. We have the Izorline Sponsored 3/4 day Tuesday and an open party 3/4 day Wednesday. Please call Sea Landing at 805 963-3564 for a reservation or visit our website to book online.
