Shallow fishing @ Islands
Headed over to the islands this morning with flat calm conditions again. We started out in the deeper water but found fairly quickly that it was not biting and we went in search of some new territory in shallower water.
The shallows were fairly good to us, we caught lots of different species of fish including reds, coppers and other assorted rockfish with some really nice lingcod as well. The current was flowing pretty steady all day, however, we caught fish on every stop just never found the one that really went for it.
For our 33 anglers today we caught 207 rockfish, 1 ocean whitefish and 30 lingcod. Feel free to book spots now for Monday's 3/4 day light load on our website or call the Sea landing at 805-963-3564.
