Coral Sea 3/4 Day trip

Good afternoon anglers.. We got off the dock this morning with 15 anglers and headed across to the islands in nice weather.

Our morning started out very slow and we hit many spots for only a small sampling of Lingcod and Rockfish. We made a move down between the islands and were able to find some spots that wanted to cooperate a bit. Although we never found any one spot that really rattled our gear we were able to stay productive on very nice quality Coppers and Reds with a few Lingcod off each stone as well.

Our group fished hard and by the days end we managed to piece together a very nice day for our group. Our 15 anglers ended the day with 38 Reds, 93 Coppers, 19 assorted rockfish, 1 Sheephead and 30 Lingcod.

The Coral Sea has a spot or two available for a 3/4 Day trip again tomorrow and the Stardust is privately chartered. The Coral Sea has 1/2 Day trips scheduled Thursday and Friday and the Stardust has 3/4 Day trips those days as well with beautiful weather forecasted.
