Stardust 3/4 day gets it done

Posted On: May 18, 2017 at 10:49 PM

Hello everybody here is your 3/4 day report for the stardust. We stayed coastal today and fished our deeper water zones to start the day. It was slow to say the least, we hit a number of spots but the water clarity was a bit murky and the fish did not want to bite. We moved around a bit before deciding to make a longer run and search for new territory.

As the day progressed so did the fishing, we would catch a few more fish off each spot and they were decent quality for the most part. We caught a lot of reds, coppers with other assorted rockfish species and a few lingcod thrown in the mix. We ended our day in some shallower stones that were our best spots of the day. We topped off our bags with limits of rockfish and called it a day.

For our 12 anglers we ended up with 120 rockfish and 4 lingcod. The stardust still has room for tomorrow's 3/4 day trip and is private chartered on Saturday and Sunday but feel free to book spots now for upcoming trips on our website or call the Sealanding at 8059633564.
