Good afternoon Capt. Jason here from the Coral Sea, today we had a small private charter with only 14 people. We dodged a bullet today by not getting any weather, I guess you could say we got lucky.
Fishing today was fast and furious, got the job done very quick and headed home right before the wind started to blow. Lots of reds and a few chucklehead, the fishing was great. We had 14 people and they caught 103 reds and 37 rockfish.
Both boats are privately chartered tomorrow, Monday, but the coral sea will resume it's regular schedule 3/4 day fishing Tuesday and Wednesday, while the Stardust will be running 1/2 day trips.
