Stardust got out on an awesome 1/2 day trip today. We were eager to get out in our half day zone with live bait in our tanks. Our morning started off very good, catching lots of red rockfish off each spot along with other assorted rockfish with some other species as well. Our passengers had a ton of fun bringing in doubles of quality fish as they came on quick. The best bait today was the live anchovies and squid strip combination.

Our afternoon slowed down a bit when the swell and wind picked up but overall we have some nice bags for our passengers to take home. For our 20 anglers that fished through out the day we ended up with 108 reds, 44 assorted rockfish, 2 sheepshead and 1 lingcod. The stardust has a ton of room for tomorrow's 1/2 day trip with AWESOME WEATHER and IT IS A GO. We are 3/4 day fishing Thursday, Friday & Sunday.
