Coral Sea 3/4 Day trip

Good afternoon folks.. we are just getting back into cell reception after a nice day across at Santa Rosa Island. Our 26 anglers did a great job and we picked together some very nice bags of fish for them to take home.

For the most part today every spot was the same yielding 8-15 fish with a couple that cooperated better keeping everyone at the rail till we put the boat on course for home. Mostly focused our efforts in the deeper water today and had some excellent quality making up the majority of our catch. Reds, Coppers and a smattering of Bocaccio, Widow rockfish and Olive Rockfish. The ticket was by far the double dropper loops and circle hooks while a few die hard artificial guys had some success as well.

Our 26 anglers ended the day with 54 Reds, 121 Coppers, 58 Misc. Rockfish and 12 Lingcod.

The Coral Sea and Stardust are both running 3/4 Day trips tomorrow with very limited space available. The Coral Sea will be 3/4 Day fishing Monday-Wednesday as well and the Stardust is scheduled to 1/2 Day fish those days as well.
