We headed straight to the deeper water and found decent fishing right off the bat. We caught lots of reds and some mixed rockfish off each spot. Our fishing around 11am really picked up and

Thankfully down the island we located some hungry rockfish and were able to spend the remainder of our day steadily catching until we had what we needed

Our anglers caught lots of reds & chucklehead along with a few nice Johnnys. The whitefish also decided to bite a little bit.

With most of our anglers on board familiar with fishing in the deeper water that is what we chose to do throughout the day. It took a while to get into the area where the fish wanted to bite however once we did

We had some really steady fishing all day and pulled in some monster reds. We fished in the deeper water all day and had very calm conditions. Our passengers had a blast today

We started our monring in the deeper water and had decent scratch fishing on almost straight Reds from 1.5-4 lbs.

Our morning bite did not last very long which sent us in search of new territory farther up the island after the weather calmed down. We never found a spot that bit wide open but of the fish we did find the quality was incredible.

We took advantage of the beautiful weather and early start and ran up to the western portion of Santa Rosa. We found a couple stones first thing that with some hungry Lingcod and were able to get what we needed quickly

We started off shallow, catching lots of white fish and a few rockfish with a handful of lingcod. We then slid out deep and finished up on the rockfish, leaving with full 20 fish Limits per person!

We headed across to Santa Rosa island today with very nice weather. The fishing was very scratchy today. We fished Santa Cruz island deeper water in the morning but had very small success with some strong currents pushing us off spots quickly.
