Stardust 3/4 Day Island Trip

Hello folks we headed out today with our 37 eager anglers and pointed it towards Santa Rosa Island again.

Unfortunately today the swell as forecasted filled in and although it was very spread out it was very powerful making for some very challenging fishing today. We scratched and clawed a day together in the shallower water in between the islands today and put a good day together on variety while the numbers were certainly lacking. Anywhere from 120-160 feet of water is where we had the majority of our success today despite having to run away from the hoards of mackeral.

Our group did an awesome job and kept a very positive attitude throughout the day winding up with a total of 94 Copper Rockfish, 32 misc. Rockfish, 3 Cabezon, 12 Whitefish, 2 Sheephead, 60 Lingcod and 1 30 lb. Halibut.

The Stardust is Chartered the next two days and will resume open party fishing Monday on a 3/4 Day and a 1/2 Day trip Tuesday while the Coral Sea has 3/4 Day trips Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Please call Sea Landing at 805 963-3564 for a reservation or book online at our website
