Coral Sea 1/2 Day trip

Fun fishing for us today today folks. We got off the dock this morning with only 13 anglers on board and headed out to our local shallow water areas to start our day.

Our morning fishing was fairly consistent on nice coppers, reds and brown rockfish with a sampling of lingcod and whitefish as well. Around noon, with a nice catch already in the bags we headed shallow to try our luck at some surface fishing.

Our conditions were not ideal with the current however we did manage to find some sub legal Calico bass as well as one legal Sand bass. Our group of anglers out today were a blast to have on board and all did a great job fishing thoughout the day.

Our 12 anglers taking home fish today ended the day with 42 Reds, 78 misc. Rockfish, 1 Sandbass, 9 whitefish and 5 Lingcod.

The Coral Sea is chartered tomorrow and the Stardust is almost full for there 3/4 Day as well. Both boats are open party 3/4 Day fishing Sunday and Monday so please call Sea Landing at 805 963-3564 for a reservation or feel free to secure your reservation online.
