Good afternoon everybody, Capt Jason with the Coral Sea 1/2 day report. We had an excellent day of fishing and weather! After all the big winds, we decided to fish deep, and apparently it was the right choice bringing up almost straight reds. Lots of whales to look at today too.  18 Anglers, 164 red rock fish, 16 rockfish  Hot ticket today was a couple of hooks on dropper loops and a 10 ounce sinker. Squid strips where is the key, we have plenty of room on our 1/2-day trip going out tomorrow leaving at 9 AM, we are also 3/4 day fishing on Sunday.
